Refund policy

As we are a small, family-run business, and the products in our shop are considered perishables, returns or exchanges are only offered on products that are defective, damaged, or have an issue. 

Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing and let us know if you have any questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have an issue with your item, you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us of the issue by contacting us through the website or by email at americanriverpinepollen@gmail.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
